浙江东航消防泵业有限公司（原浙江黄岩八一通用机械厂根据国家工商总局文件，关于禁止在企业名称中使用“八一”等涉及军队的字样通知而更名）创建于一九四五年私营企业，一九五五年公私合营，一九五九年与中国人民解放军东航部队机械厂合并成立黄岩八一通用机械厂，后转为国营企业，于二〇〇二年底转为股份制企业。公司地处经济较为发达的浙中沿海城市——台州市，水陆交通十分便利。公司占地面积64170平方米，设技术、供应、生产、销售、铸造、金加工、电机、板金、模型、质检等车间部门。现有中高级职称技术及管理人员200多人，是专业从事各类水泵及三相异步电机类产品科研、生产、销售、服务一条龙的机械制造企业。公司拥有水泵和电机测试中心，测试过程和测试结果均由计算机自动完成，关键工序设有质量管理点，有各种高精密检测仪器和设备，形成了完整的质量保证体系，产品曾荣获国家级优质产品等多个奖项。
本公司生产水泵产品广泛应用于船舶、工业、农用排灌、消防、化工、能源、矿山冶金、环保、石油、纺织、食品、城市建设和国防建设。其中船用产品通过中国CCS、美国ABS、法国BV、意大利RINA、等船级社质量检测认证，消防水泵通过了公安部国家消防装备检测中心检测认可。产品畅销全国各地，远销国外，国内外用户普遍反映本公司产品质量可靠，服务周到，深受好评。

Zhejiang Donghang Fire Pump Co.,Ltd.(Formerly Bayi universal machinery Co.,Ltd.huangyan,zhejiang,renamed to present name according to a Notice of SAIC concerning prohibition of Military-related words such as “Bayi” in enterprise names.)was founded in 1945 as a private enterprise,turned into a public-private jointly-run enterprise in 1955,and merged with the Machinery plant of Donghang(East China Sea Marine) Unit of the PLA to form Huangyan Bayi General Machinery Factory in 1959 which was turned to a state-owned enterprise some time later and a joint-stock enterprise at the end of year 2002.Our premise is located in the well-developed coastal city in the middle of Zhejiang province-Taizhou,which is easily accessible either via sea or land.
