结构特点：

密闭性强、操作灵活、传动部分无污染、无粉尘影响、使用寿命长、无泄漏、安装不受角度影响，能随时开闭，调节物料流量，特别适用于无粘度的固体粉料及小于Φ10mm的颗粒料、晶体料、固状料的输送及流量调节。

This valve is good in seal, handy to open andclosing, long life and not leaky. There is no contamination and dust influencein driving part. It can be installed at any angle. It also can be opened andclosed at any time to change the flow of material. It is especially suitablefor non-glutinosity solid powder and crystalloid, grain, solid material to betransported.

工作原理：

主要结构由框架、闸板、丝杆、螺母、密封副等零件构成。转动手轮使丝杆带动丝杆螺母和闸板沿水平方向往复运动，达到闸门的启闭目的，同时密封副在闸板运动中阻拦粉尘不进入传动腔内，无外漏污染。

The valve is mainly made up offrame, disc, pole, nut and seal etc. Rotate the handwheel driving the pole andnut reciprocate in horizontal. At the same time the seal can prevent dust fromentering driving body and out-leakage pollution does not exist.

使用说明：

Usage explanation:

l        本阀可水平安装或垂直安装，安装时两法兰连接中间必须加密封垫片，然后锁紧螺栓。

l        操作时手轮顺时针旋转为阀关，反之为开，不得在手轮上再增加辅助杠杆。

l        若长期存放应使设备处于关闭状态，各传动部位应加润滑油，不允许露天存放或堆置。

l         It canbe installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on theconnected, then equably tight the bolt.

l         You cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel meansthe closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l         Thedevice should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Drivingparts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air and piling up is notpermitted.
